The programme will start with a 25min consultation with the parent/ guardian to get a clear idea of what you would like your child to achieve and where they might be struggling, they are more than welcome to join the virtual call and ask any questions too. Or if preferred the call can be with them directly to engaged them in the process.
Our 12-week goal-setting program for teens is designed to help them develop clear, actionable goals while fostering personal growth and resilience. We then dive into a DISC personality profile so they can learn what makes them who they are. Each week, we’ll introduce a teachable concept that equips teens with tools to overcome challenges and improve various aspects of their lives. These lessons will cover key strategies such as Eat That Frog (tackling difficult tasks first), The Chimp Paradox (managing emotions and mindset), building effective routines, and prioritising self-care for overall well-being.
As we dive into eight key areas of life—education, health, environment, mindset, relationships, legacy, spirituality, and finance—teens will create goals ranging from 3 months to 5 years. These goals will be broken down into SMART (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound) steps, ensuring that each area of their life is given the attention it deserves. While some areas may require more focus than others, we will work together to balance and refine these goals.
Each session will also provide practical tools and strategies that support goal achievement. By the final session, the parent/guardian will be involved to review progress, celebrate achievements, and understand the direction their teen is heading. Parents/guardians will also receive a summary email after each session, keeping them informed and engaged in their teen’s development.
This one-on-one training is highly effective as it allows for personalised guidance tailored to each teen’s unique goals, challenges, and learning styles. This individualised attention ensures that teens not only stay on track but also build confidence and clarity as they progress toward their goals. With this type of consistent support they can turn their aspirations into a reality.

This additional 12-week program is designed as a follow-up to the initial goal-setting course, providing ongoing support and check-ins to ensure your teen stays on track with the goals they've set. After completing the starter workshop, this extended phase offers a structured weekly session that helps maintain momentum and continues to empower them toward their targets.
Each week, we'll review the progress made on their goals, refine strategies, and provide continued guidance. This workshop is built to reinforce the skills and tools learned during the initial course, creating a consistent structure that helps your teen stay focused and motivated during this transitional period. With regular check-ins and personalised support, your teen will feel supported as they navigate challenges, build healthy habits, and stay aligned with their long-term aspirations.
This 12-week follow-up ensures that the progress made in the starter program is sustained, helping your teen continue their journey with confidence and clarity. By providing consistent encouragement and practical strategies, I’ll empower them to stay on course and move toward a successful, balanced, future.
