Goals help break down big dreams into actionable steps, guiding you toward what you truly want in life. Instead of wandering aimlessly, you will know exactly where you're headed.
My 10-week goal-setting workshop for young people is designed to help them develop clear, actionable goals while fostering personal growth and resilience.
All goals don’t need to be huge milestones like getting into university, they can be something simple, like I’d like to learn to draw. In my eyes, there’s no goal too big or too small that I deal with.
I often hear from parents, “My teen doesn’t even have any goals, this might be too confronting or hard for them. They don’t know what they want.” But I can promise you, I’ve always been able to help teens dive deep into their subconscious and uncover what they truly like and want for themselves. Sometimes a goal might be as simple as learning how to believe in themselves more. I’m here to hear it all with zero judgment in a safe space.
We begin with a DISC personality profile assessment so they can learn what makes them who they are. This is one of my favourite tools to use, it’s essential to understand both our strengths and our weaknesses.
I like to focus on these key areas of life: education, health, environment, self-worth, relationships, legacy, spirituality, hobbies, and finance. From there, we create goals that range from 3 months to 5 years. We then explore how to plan these goals using WOOP (Wish, Outcome, Obstacle, Plan).
This process ensures that each area of their life receives the attention it deserves. While some areas may need more focus than others, we work together to balance and refine these goals and ideas.
Each session provides practical tools and strategies that equip them to overcome challenges and improve different aspects of their lives. These action plans include key strategies such as Eat That Frog (tackling difficult tasks first), The Chimp Paradox (managing emotions and mindset), building effective routines, and prioritising self-care for overall well-being.
This one-on-one training is highly effective, as it allows for personalised guidance tailored to each teen's unique goals, challenges, and learning style. This individualised attention ensures that our youth people not only stay on track but also build confidence and clarity as they progress toward their goals. With consistent support, they can turn their aspirations into reality, but most importantly, they discover who they truly are and what they want for themselves.
During the final session, the parent or guardian is invited to attend to review progress, celebrate achievements, and understand the direction their child is heading. Parents and guardians will also receive summary emails throughout the 10-week period, keeping them informed and engaged in their teen's development and how they can best support them during this important stage of life.

The internet is an amazing place to connect, learn, and create but it also comes with risks that can be hard to spot. Our Online Safety for Teens course is designed to give young people the skills and confidence they need to protect themselves, make good choices, and navigate the digital world safely.
We start with an interactive, debate-style discussion to set the scene. For example:
This approach gets them thinking and talking about situations they may have already seen, experienced, or heard about from friends. It also helps those who haven’t come across these issues before to start recognising the risks. We also explore the impact of “doom scrolling” and excessive phone use, looking at how these habits can be linked to increased anxiety and depression.
It’s extremely important that our young people have a safe, judgment-free space to discuss these topics. In an ever-changing online world, they need to be equipped with the life skills to understand and navigate online safety effectively.

Ever wondered, “Why do I care so much about that, but not at all about this?” Or maybe, “Why do I love being organised… or why am I soooo disorganised?”
Maybe you’re someone who loves chatting all day long — but ughhh maybe your somone who hates small talk... No thanks!
The truth is, it doesn’t matter where you fall on the spectrum. What matters is discovering what works for you and what doesn’t. Learning your boundaries, your strengths, and your style.
In this fun and interactive 3-hour workshop (spread over three weeks), we’ll explore what makes you you. Through personality insights, self-reflection, and practical tools, you’ll uncover what drives you, what drains you, and how to play to your strengths.
We all have areas where we shine and others where we struggle. The key is understanding both. This workshop helps you build that awareness, giving you the clarity and confidence to navigate life with more self-understanding and purpose.
By the end, you’ll walk away feeling empowered, self-aware, and ready to own who you are the good, the messy, and everything in between.
