Keira offers workshops within secondary schools in group setting to help teens get clarity on what matters to them. We dive into key areas of life—education, health, environment, self worth, relationships, legacy, spirituality, hobbies and finance, they will create goals in the areas that are important to them and learn how to set a plan to achive these goals.
Today, I am inspired by mentoring young people. Teens face immense pressure to define their life paths at an early age, often with little guidance on how to build a balanced, fulfilling life. My mission is to help them set meaningful goals across all areas of life, not just career and financial success, fostering confidence, resilience, and clarity for a well-rounded future.
I'm currently undergoing training to become a licensed Adolescent Thrive Practitioner. The course is a dynamic, developmental, trauma-sensitive approach designed to meet the emotional and social developmental needs of all young people.It is taught based on recent developments in neuroscience research.
