I am an Australian entrepreneur who now divides my time between Australia, London, and Bali. My childhood was filled with classic Aussie pursuits: weekend sports, camping trips, and endless outdoor adventures. Despite a natural creative streak, I struggled with math and spelling and was diagnosed with dyslexia at 14. Leaning heavily into creativity, I never imagined I’d one day develop a deep appreciation for numbers through the journey of building my own businesses.
At 18, I launched my first venture as a makeup artist. By 19, after earning a design degree, I expanded into wedding and family photography. Enthusiastic but inexperienced, I learned vital lessons about business through trial and error. My curiosity for the world led me to travel with my now-husband, Mark. Together, we explored South America, lived in Vancouver, and ultimately settled in London in 2007.
In 2010, Mark and I co-founded a chartered practice specialising in Architecture and Landscape Architecture. Soon after, I established a property business, managing renovations, new builds, project management, interior design, and asset management.
The turning point in my journey came at 31 when I worked with a business coach, completely transforming my approach to business and life. Reflecting on that experience, I wish I had access to such guidance at a younger age.
I am passionate about community service and served as a longstanding volunteer with Age UK’s befriending service, providing companionship and support to the elderly. Currently, I am a committee member of Adolecentric Global, a youth charity dedicated to ensuring that 100 homeless adolescents receive not only essential support but also the opportunity to thrive in a safe and nurturing environment.
Today, I am inspired by mentoring young people. Teens face immense pressure to define their life paths at an early age, often with little guidance on how to build a balanced, fulfilling life. My mission is to help them set meaningful goals across all areas of life—not just career and financial success—fostering confidence, resilience, and clarity for a well-rounded future.
