I help teens navigate life's toughest transitions

We are incredibly grateful for the guidance and support Keira has provided to our teenage son. Her approach has been thoughtful, compassionate, and tailored to his unique needs, especially in helping him navigate the challenges of ADHD. Through career advice and personal mentorship, Keira has empowered him to gain confidence, develop clarity about his future, and build practical strategies to move forward.

Similarly, Keira’s greatest strength is her ability to really connect with her clients, within a strategic science based framework. Her impact has been truly transformative for our son.

Thank you for all the support and kindness that you have given me, without it i wouldn't of had the courage to take the big leap. I feel a lot more happier that i was able to have all the sessions. It was nice to be able to feel like i could actually talk to someone. 

Future focus helped me organise myself better when it came to school and life in general, I learnt a lot about my ADHD which made me understand myself as a person and how I functioned. Future Focus pushed me to accomplish my goals and gave me a clear path on where I want to be in the future. 

 The Future Focus Youth Program has been a really positive experience for me. Working with Keira throughout the program made a big difference and helped me feel supported while I was learning and growing. She created a really comfortable and understanding environment, which made it easy for me to open up and talk about things that were important to me.

The program helped me learn more about myself and think more clearly about my future and the goals I want to achieve. It also helped me build confidence and develop skills like communication and setting goals, which I know will help me in my everyday life.

Overall, the Future Focus Youth Program has helped me grow as a person and feel more motivated about my future. I’m really grateful for the support Keira gave me throughout the program and for the positive impact it has had on me.
