The programme will start with a free 20min consultation with the parent/ guardian to get a clear idea of what you would like your child to achieve and where they might be struggling. We then dive into a questionnaire for both the parent/ guardian and the teen, so I have a really good understanding before we start of where the starting block is. I also get them to do a DISC personality profile so they can learn what makes them tick.
Our second and last session will have the parent/ guardian involved in so you can have as see our direction and what has been accomplished, you will also geta round up email at the end of each session.
We then launch into goal setting and work through this making smart goals for now and the future. We’ll focus on eight key areas of life: education, health, environment, mindset, relationships, legacy, spirituality, and finance. Together, we’ll create goals ranging from 3 months to 10 years. Some areas may require more attention than others, but we’ll work through them to build smart, achievable steps toward a meaningful future.

This is a further 12 weeks attached to the starter programme to follow post completion of the course as a weekly check in to support the development of the goals that have been set to keep your child on course with their targets. To empower them into a structure that that becomes consistent and helps them feel supported during this transitional time.
